We had about 3/4 of a regular sized semi to unload and they finished well within the 2 hours that we paid for. There were some fragile boxes that were not treated as fragile but nothing was broken in them so it turned out fine. I would recommend them.

Great job! They were great about packing stuff right in the pod. Only suggestion would be that they could have called and said they were on the way. The window of time to arrive was an hour so it would have been great to know a approximate time.
