The moving was going well until at the end a mover broke the formal dining table in the middle, broke the base of a lamp accidentally. Due to no proper cover/protection, they turned one side of the mattress and box from white to grey (dirty truck ) as the result. Later when I went back to my old house and I noticed there is a hole on the wall which was created during the moving.

Red Zone was easy to use and responsive and the three gentleman who move us were friendly, professional and fun/enjoyable to work with. They were very careful of the heavy oak furniture and all other furnishings. I would highly recommend them to a friend.

The employees called me ahead of time to let me know their approximate arrival. They were prepared for the job and had all of the required equipment to get my POD unpacked and personal belongings put on their truck, and delivered to my final destination. They worked from start to finish without any interruptions to complete the job, were respectful of my property, and goods. This comes to show me that they took their job serious. I would definitely use them again and would recommend their services to others. Kudos for a job well done!

The two guys who helped me move were great; friendly, hardworking, adaptive to the rain and lack of parking. Really glad I had two people so willing to work with me!
A few things were broken/scratched up and my walls were banged up a bit, which happens when moving but is why this is a good and not a great job. They didn't have any moving blankets or anything to protect furniture or walls. The guys were very honest and let me know when something broke but I was never offered a remedy or anything else to make up for my now broken furniture. Overall a good experience with the standard perils of moving a lifetime worth of things to a new location.

It started out great. The company was able to fit me in, last minute, after my original moving company jacked up the price...less than 1 week before my move-out date. The three gentlemen were very polite. They forgot to bring water, which I was able to provide at the house but it was a problem at the destination.
I requested that they wrap the wood furniture in blankets, which I provided. Since I was alone during the loading, I was not able to check they're work at the truck. After arriving at the destination (a PODS loading facility), our time was too limited to force a reload (and I was getting them water). They drapped 1 blanket, loosely over a dining room table. The other 19 blankets were not used!
There was no damage to boxes loaded (that I packed).
Unfortunately, I did not know the true impact until my belongings arrived in Texas. EVERY piece of wood furniture had some level of damage, from scuff marks to gouges to broken off pieces. They also loaded one PODS so badly that the king size headboard fell on top of many smaller, loose pieces...including the flat screen TV! The PODS truck driver had to return and 'tilt' the box to force the door open. This group was recommended by PODS. They should NOT have been, since they did not know how to properly load for this type of move.
Brings back the 'moving nightmare' and makes me sad every time I see the damage on a piece. Too expensive to fix it all, for now.
