I'm very late sending in a review but I strongly feel it was important to rate their service. The moving team arrived on time and I admired the way they came in and quickly created a strategy for the task at hand. They did a great job and the best part was when they unloaded the truck once again they developed an excellent plan that allowed them to move everything in the way we wanted even with great suggestions. We were able to go to sleep without worrying about setting everything up they DID it. Also, they were very respectful. Kudos to a great group of young men.

I was moving my fiance from Florida to Virginia, and we were kinda worried about the movers showing up on time and fitting everything into our truck. These guys showed up in the time frame they said they would. Then in 2 hours flat they packed 2 bedrooms, a living room, and dining room into our 16' van with no straps. When we unpacked, we were amazed nothing moved and it was all in perfect condition. My fiance says "they brought me to tears with how amazing they were."

These guys were awesome! Really, really helpful & respectful. They treat your things like they are treating your own. Anytime I went to help, they told me that they would take the workload, I could just point out where it was going. Made everything a lot less stressful. Maurice and Tony showed up exactly on time. They worked with our schedule since we weren't exactly sure what time we would arrive. Not only did they take amazing care of our furniture but they also took a great amount of care to avoid damaging the house. Both of them were very respectful and hardworking and put everything were we asked. They even helped me rearrange the furniture in my bedroom until it was exactly where I liked it. They were so good that we decided to hire them again for the next day with another truck load. Would definitely recommend them!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Follow up call to confirm details about move such as address, if any gate codes, types of items to be moved, and if any moving materials are needed. We alway will bring dollies and hand-trucks and all the tools to the trade otherwise.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Years of moving experienced crews with every tool needed to get the job done in a timely manner.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Anything that is not done we will do with notice from packing service, to disassembling dresser mirrors and beds, hooking up appliances to be moved and electronics. Of course if it is done prior will reduce tthe total time your move takes.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've handled long distance moves and local moves. We have done many office moves disassembling cubicles and packing files. Generally due to our many years in moving industry our say is, "it's always the same rodeo, just a different bull". From loading and unloading truck rentals, portable containers, and the large semi tractor trailers, there is not much we haven't done.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Workout while making a living! Travel within certain radius is a plus. Meeting new people and networking.
What training do you provide your crew members?
On the job training is a must. You can read and watch all the videos about swimming but you'll never learn until jumping in the water.. However we also do video training and questionnaire for moving certain types of items heavy and fragile.
