I am torn with this review, as the guys who came to do our in-house move prior to a renovation were great. They were on time, and were careful with our belongings and our walls. I had reserved the 2 hour minimum and they were done in just over 30 minutes, which I expected. What I did not expect is a conflict with their company over a granite-top buffet which weighed 500lb. The top can be removed, leaving 2 pieces at 200 and 300lb each. I made this clear in my reservation with HaH, but they were completely unaware of this. They called the boss, and the boss said it would be an extra $250 for them to move it. Extra charge for anything over 250lb he said. OK, but $250? for 1 piece over the limit? He didn't review the details I clearly added to my reservation? HaH doesn't have the flags in their system to notify customers, or owners?? We ended up saying no, leave it and we will find a solution. We pushed it across the tile floor and had a couple guys help with dropping it down a 4 inch step-down to the place we wanted it stored. No big deal. Just was a disappointment in the overall HaH reservation system and the Moving company's refusal to talk to me about it personally and find a reasonable solution. So if your move is normal....they would be great! Just be sure any necessary communication is done up front.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On the moving day, customers shall expect us to be there on time and ready to do whatever they ask us to do.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
When it comes to loading they should have all moving supplies to make everything easier and quicker. A customer should have their boxes taped and labeled ready to go. If a customer wants their furniture padded and wrapped be sure to have plenty of wrap and pads and we will surely cover them for you.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled any type of move; small or big we do it. We do local or long distance. We do jobs that last all day or even days. We can go to homes, apartments, condos, schools, offices or even industrial.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Making things possible for the customer and seeing a smile on their faces upon completion.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are trained with an experienced mover on the job; after see that they are capable of picking up heavy boxes and able to pick up heavy items like dressers and couches without hesitation and listening to all the tips we give them, they may then be hired.
