Samy and Wyatt showed up on time and ready to work. Great communicators, asking what are priorities were (Yes, we have a large house and way more stuff than would fit in 2 Pods). Awesome guys and they really worked hard....for 8 hours! They were masters in figuring out how to best utilize every sq. Inch. of each pod. Highly recommend.

The crew called a half an hour before the beginning of the window to tell us what time they would be to our location. They were ready to go as soon as they got to us. They had us loaded under the time allotted. They were very hard workers and very courteous and a pleasure to work with. I would definitely use them again or recommend them.

I didn’t give clear instructions on what boxes to leave vs. furniture because some furniture didn’t fit. But they did good with too many boxes.

A lot of wasted space in the POD. Did not tie down every 4 feet. Loaded glass coffee table and end table tops at the very end (it will be interesting to see if they make it without being shattered) I expected better.

They were super responsive! I called in the morning to see if they could possibly come that afternoon as my PODs were arriving earlier than anticipated.
The were able to get a two person crew out to me by 4pm!

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On the moving day, customers shall expect us to be there on time and ready to do whatever they ask us to do.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
When it comes to loading they should have all moving supplies to make everything easier and quicker. A customer should have their boxes taped and labeled ready to go. If a customer wants their furniture padded and wrapped be sure to have plenty of wrap and pads and we will surely cover them for you.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled any type of move; small or big we do it. We do local or long distance. We do jobs that last all day or even days. We can go to homes, apartments, condos, schools, offices or even industrial.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Making things possible for the customer and seeing a smile on their faces upon completion.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members are trained with an experienced mover on the job; after see that they are capable of picking up heavy boxes and able to pick up heavy items like dressers and couches without hesitation and listening to all the tips we give them, they may then be hired.
