The first day when they loaded in Thursday 21 Nov one was a little slow, and it seems they could have done it in the originally time allotted. The second day they were hurried and I could not keep up with them. They also left a few things in done in their hurry, ie took the back off to get the mirror out they was loose of a cabinet then left it hanging and pushed against the wall. Some boxes that I clearly told them to put upstairs were put in the garage. And I directed most as they came off the truck. They seemed like they could not wait to get the job done and go that evening. Overall I was satisfied but a little disappointed for what I paid.

i was skeptical, nervous, and worried about the items in my moving truck falling, after they were loaded... Wow! they did a great job! not one item was out of place after 583 miles..Dillon even set my queen size headboard on his foot for support while adjusting the weight and not on the concrete! so glad i hired them.. Trust them, they know how to protect your belongs, and load properly..

Took too much time. Had no dolly, I offered mine but it wasn’t used. Almost whole truck was used, stuff wasn’t stacked high enough. Didnt have room for me to put the rest of my stuff in after they left. I only wanted 2 hours, they took 3 and didn’t speed up until I said I couldn’t pay more.

I would recommend Jon and Dillon with Smart Moves for anyone who needs to move in the Panama City area. They were on time and set about loading the truck immediately. We moved everything into a storage unit and they made everything so orderly that there was room to spare. They took great care with all the items and made sure everything was protected from damage. I intend on using them on a regular basis in my Home Staging business.

Rent plenty of moving blankets. When you think you have enough, get another dozen. Moving blankets are in expensive to rent from Uhaul. Only $10 a dozen to protect your items.
