Absolutely phenomenal. I was blown away with the efficiency with which the team worked. The team showed up on time to the minute to load my Upack trailer. I was expecting the job to take anywhere from 3-4 hours but they got it done in under 2.5 and had everything loaded in the first 23' of the trailer. I would 100% recommend them to anybody in their service radius in Eastern Nebraska.

Punctual, went right to work, wrapped all items, with the freight blankets, It was a small load but but had a very heavy item. They were strong and loaded quickly and carefully. POD was delivered safely and intact.

I have no issue with the helpers; my issue is with the company. They were initially rude and pushy but I let that slide because the were supposed to be the cheapest but as it turns out, they were way over priced. They only took an hour to finish so I called to "clock them out" and get my final price which is when I found out that there was a 2 hour minimum. In the end it cost me $800 for an hours worth of work making them the most expensive and least professional choice for helping me unload.
I will be letting PODS know so that they can reevaluate recommending this company on their website.

They were great. On time friendly and ready to work and do what needed to be done. Wasn’t a big job since my pod came early and most of it was empty but they were great. Young and energetic. I’d hire them again if needed

Every piece of furniture arrived at its destination damaged or broken. My kitchen table and child's desk are broken beyond repair.. Every other piece of furniture has damage, dents, pieces broken off, scuff marks, and gouges. I expected with a large move some items not making it but never expected Every piece of furniture. The movers themselves were very nice and polite but their skills at loading a truck was not good. I would not recommend their services to others.

Direct contact. We send over a inventory and intake form with a very thorough booking process to make sure our guys show up with the right equipment and that you have the proper amount of time set aside for your move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Our software enables smooth conversation. You'll get text messages when enroute and when we arrive. Our guys lots of times show up 5-10 before the arrival window.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Be packed and ready to go. Have pets and kids in a safe place.
What types of moves have you handled?
We handle everything from small moves to mansions, offices to just a couch. We've moved large 1K pound safes and Hot Tubs, Saunas as well.
