Sam and Aaron were EARLY and stayed later than planned. They took apart desks I didn’t know needed to come apart and securely wrapped a glass table top. I don’t know how they fit everything in, but they DID. And they worked nearly the entire afternoon without a break, remained polite and friendly. Very professional. I truly appreciated their experience loading the storage unit.

The movers were very friendly and polite, careful with moving. My only complaint is they were supposed to arrive 1-2PM slot and arrived at 3:30. The number I called, was apparently the woman driving them not sure if she was the manager. I had to call them to see where they were after 2:30. She kept saying they were 15 minutes away. The second time I called for a time update she just didn't pick up three times in a row. The movers were great, just the management that should have been more responsive

They were on time Desmond and Mike were respectful and took good care of our belongings. We needed them to stay longer and they did not hesitate to stay longer and help. They were calm and confident and helped to make sure everything went well.
