The guys were polite and knowledgeable. However I did not get a full 3 men. One guy spent a tremendous amount of time on his phone. He even regaled me about his conversations with his best friend’s baby momma. She kept calling and he kept accepting the calls. He was on the phone so much that he had to plug it in to charge it. The suggestion, spoken twice, to just not answer the phone was completely ignored. He would go into a room to talk with her. It’s impossible to carry a box when you are in a separate room with a cell phone in your hand.
The other two guys worked tirelessly. But I can’t help but think things would have gone quicker if all three men worked instead of two. The guy worked a little between phone calls. If the job had gone quicker I wouldn’t have had to pay so much.

Mark and Aaron did a fine job. I should have insisted on wrapping the fabric furniture better. Otherwise the load was secure. No shifting. Nothing broken. Unloaders were very complimentary of the loading. Would use them again.

The two guys that helped us were great. They communicated when they would arrive. The paperwork was easy. It was super hot and we had a lot of boxes and heavy furniture. They worked hard. The only thing I would be nit-picky about is that if a box looks like it has a clear top, put the box that way in the house. We had several boxes set upside down and things got jumbled in the boxes.
