I had no issues with the helpers from Chaz and Crew. Although they were running a little late, they called to advise as such and gave an ETA which they stuck to. They got right down to work and wasted no time. They put the items which were being moved where I asked them to. They were courteous and knowledgeable about what they were doing. I felt I didn't have to worry about whether my items were going to be damaged. It was surprising how fast it was that they were done. Overall, it was a good experience. I would use them again.

i knew there was an hour window of arrival time, between 8 and 9 and more likely toward 9. it was for unloading of a pod for which i requested afternoon pickup of the empty pod. i found out the evening before that the pickup would be from 10am - 2pm and so the movers made it a point to get the job completed as early as possible, without rushing the work and sacrificing safety and work quality. Thank you, Chaz and Crew!

What can I say...where do I start. Greg and Chris in no specific order, where the bestest. They were friendly, kind and considerate. Very careful with each item, down to the mattress cover. I just cannot say enough about these two, who were in sync with each other the whole move. This was the smoothest move EVER, and I have moved quite a few times. What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Our service is designed to help you move your items while saving you lots of money. You supply the truck and pack up your boxes while We do all the heavy lifting. What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
The customer will get a call on the day of the move when we are en route to their location. If, for any reason, we are running behind our agreed upon arrival window, the customer will know well in advance and will be given an updated ETA.
What types of moves have you handled?
We've handled every time of move you could imagine: long distance moves, local moves, moving items within a home or apartment, office moves, furniture assembly, and everything in between.

At CHAZ & CREW, we take great pride in taking what is typically an extremely stressful situation, and making it go incredibly smoothly. We hear a lot of horror stories about other movers from our customers, so it's always exciting when, once the move has been completed, our customers tell us "this went better than I could have hoped!"
