The guys worked hard and accommodated an almost last minute change in meeting time. They were able to get belongings 3 flight up except box spring just wouldn't fit. The only problem was they did nick hallway walls and a few nicks on furniture. Overall they were courteous just take a little more care with belongings and landlord property. Thank you for your hard work guys!

The movers are professionals and after a long move cross country, was a pleasant and welcome experience. There was time and clear communication prior to and the day before my pod unloading job. The call prior to arrival was much appreciated and very professional. There was a miscommunication on the distance between my apartment property building and where the pod was stationed. The guys assessed the situation, made adjustments based on the distance needed to travel, and executed their plan smoothly. The team worked well together, were kind and thoughtful interacting with me and my family.

James and Kareem were hardworking and got everything done in the two hours that I hired them for. They took care of my items and were careful not to drop or bump anything. They arrived on time and even stayed an extra 10 minutes to make sure everything was to my satisfaction. James also brought the tools needed to disassemble and reassemble my large furniture. I would absolutely use HLS again!

They were very late. They told us the company had double booked them and the client before us was very difficult. Once they finally arrived they were respectful and did the job moving the furniture well.

The two men from HLS Moving and Hauling Company arrived on time, were prepared for the job, and they worked hard. However, they were not respectful of the property that they moving or of the spaces that they were moving the pieces through. I would not use them again.
I think we all expect a couple dents and dings in the furniture being moved and in tight spaces, but I expected the movers to take much more care than they did. To explain a bit, I paid for two hours of time and provided moving blankets -- the movers had finished moving everything in 15 minutes and never used a blanket (and my walls and furniture have the lines and marks to prove it). Again, the marks aren't the problem: the lack of demonstrated effort to prevent them was.
