They showed up on time in fact a little early. They waisted no time in unloading my pod. They were fast, efficient, and very easy to work with. Each person was polite and eagerly assisted with what I needed. Would definitely use them again.

Working with Lucas moving was extraordinarily easy because they are excellent communicating via their website and by email and texting. Unlike other companies that I tried to arrange services with, Lucas is extremely clear and organized in arranging and confirming all of the parameters and it was nice to feel confident that the movers would arrive when and where we arranged. We had two movers for a very easy two hour window that involved moving about 10 pieces of furniture from a storage unit directly into a large U-Haul truck and from that U-Haul truck into our apartment building garage. Our only complaint is that we asked the movers to get the furniture from the truck into the garage quickly because hurricane Ida was predicted to hit at any moment and the head mover complained that he didn’t want to stop and leave anything in the garage before loading it on the elevator because they would have to carry it twice. We were paying for two hours and only needed about an hour and a half worth of work, so the extra 15 minutes that we took to ensure that our furniture did not get soaked should not have been a problem, but he continuously grumbled throughout that process. The younger of the two movers (Jay) was extremely pleasant and very respectful. I would use Lucas moving again, but I would request not to have the head mover that we had based on our experience with him specifically. Otherwise, all was well.
