Pros:

1. Affable, friendly group of guys who seemed willing to work hard when needed.

2. Considerate enough to point out some potential issues with boxes and furniture before unpacking.

Cons:

1. Movers showed up 15 minutes late No apologies given.

2. Movers rushed us the entire time - asking us repeatedly if we were done or telling us it looks like we were already finished despite having several heavy items left to move and assemble. Even though they "finished" 1 hour early, they still pressured us - aggressively - to fill out our hirehelper review. Why would I do this in front of them?! I wonder how many of their positive reviews were left by people they pressured into writing a review on the spot.

3. Movers put couch cushions (unprotected) on floor of loading dock. They also ripped protective covers during the move without any acknowledgement or apology.

4. Movers left beds lying against the wall, bent.

5. Movers didn't assemble or mover some furniture even after being asked.

6. Movers did partially assemble on bed frame but left protective leg covers off, which then tore holes in our brand new carpet.

Overall: don't be fooled by the reviews. These guys will not respect you or your belongings.

I want to address some issues in your review due to its not accurate. 1 we did not show up late you guys had a arrival window between 10am-11am. we showed up at 10;15am due to we was parked out front and you guys truck was parked in the alley way of a street that was blocked off due to construction. while on the phone with your husband he gave me directions on where you guys was parked at.2 we didn't rush thru your job im not sure if your husband informed you but you guys had more man power then you requested. you guys requested two movers for two hours it was three movers on location is why we completed the job in one hour an 20 mintues. im not for sure how you where taking things in the beginning of your review you said good group of guys not sure where you felt we was aggressive. protocol with this company is if we don't know or we done one task ask question. so as your review says we finished one hour early. so we asked if there was anything else you need done. im not sure how you was taking us asking what else needs to get done. your order details didn't say anything about assembly we fulfilled your order that says unloading. once order was completed an we shock hands I informed you that you will receive a link to rate our service. I don't understand where your assumptions is coming from that I wanted you to complete it in front of me. 3 if you would have walked over an picked the sofa cushions up you would have saw that there was a blanket under them. it was raining as we was moving its know way we would have put them on the wet floor for them to get dirty then have to pay for them to be cleaned we know better. I also pointed out to you an you also admitted in this review that before we moved anything I showed you all the damages that was visible. reason being is to avoid this situation so we didn't get blame for something we didn't do you saw the damage items an admitted to them so why point the finger at us an you know it was us. 4 we left master bed up against the wall catty corner so it wont fall over on you guys once we left. 5 we asked the husband after spending a hour an 20 mins unloading what else did he need done. he said put the table together we did he said put master frame together he would do the head bored himself because the hardwear was packed away. so we put the frame together an left the bed laying against then wall so it wouldn't be to much work for him to move it by himself. then we asked the husband what else did he need he said put the guest bed together I asked is all the piece there. we didn't take it apart an I want to make sure its properly put together you said all the piece are there. we put together what was there once that was completed we asked what else needs to get done he said just the chair we put it together ask again is he sure that's it he said know looked at your wife an said can you help with the sofa. we laid the rug out an helped you placed the sofa if a conformable place. 6 the legs was left off due to they was not in the room when I asked was this all the bed frame piece the husband said yes. we didn't take it apart so we don't know what pieces is needed is why we asked you was that all the piece an you said yeah. we tried to avoid this situation. now once we left you find them an now its are fault they not on. once the guess bed was put together we put the box spring an mattress on. im assuming you tried to move it an ripped a whole also why we didn't put the master bed down because the same thing would have happened. the reason we asked questions is to better help us assist you. reading your review you took us asking question the wrong way. we completed the move in 1 hour an 20 mins it was three movers. im not understanding when I asked the husband to take one last walk thru an make sure everything is too his standers if there was more work to do why the husband didn't speak up an say so. it was three of us there we would not have had a problem with helping out you guys paid for two hours we got it done early because the extra man power why not inform us of the extra work that needs to get done. you guys paid your money for moving service an that's what we here for to help you move your belongings. thank you for your review.
