The two guys that showed up were barely able to carry anything without it being on a hand truck so any time they had to actually carry something they were struggling bad and dropped things. When trying to move my treadmill they cracked the plastic pieces on the side and I ended up telling them just to stop and leave it in the middle of my hallway because I didn’t want them to break it anymore! Overall I was just super unhappy paying to have two guys show up that could barely carry anything. I would have had friends move things if I wanted people who couldn’t lift heavy things.
