The two men that came out were very careful and efficient. The only issue was they were scheduled to be at the apartment between 12 and 1, they didn’t arrive until 2:30. I wasn’t told there was a delay until I called.

The phone was answered right away & the job was confirmed on a last minute need. The boss kept on answering later on too. I thought it was a good sign. I got 2 helpers. one was not too interested. Some of the furniture's edges got damaged, large hole was pocked on wall on the stairs, (they promised to fix it, only partly job was done), water was not closed properly when disconnected wash-machine and caused huge demerge to the room bellow. (a teenager was able to correct it a day later, after demerge was done).
I was pleased that they came right away when i needed it, but was disappointed from the quality of the work, Non-professional friends did better than them!

How should a customer prepare for moving day?
First if pre- packing items up pls make sure that it fragile items are security pack and wrap individually and labeled on the box as fragile and that every box or item is labeled with which room you would like that particular box item or piece of furniture. That makes for a smoothmove
