They were on time, worked hard and did exactly what they say “we pick things up and put them down. There so many boxes in the rooms I couldn’t set up beds until I moved the boxes out first. I would not use them again.
Upon arriving, our team asked for direction on where to place the boxes, and the response was to “sit the boxes anywhere.” Following this instruction, we placed items in your room, your son’s room, and the living room, which was already partially filled with a large couch. When we offered to set up the bed, we discovered there was no bed frame available, as you mentioned a new one was on order. To accommodate this, we left a clear space where the mattress could be placed on the floor.
Throughout the job, we consistently offered assistance and asked if further help was needed. However, we were told there was nothing additional required. We also offered to stay beyond the two-hour timeframe, but you preferred to keep the move within that window. At the end of the job, we received a thank you and a tip, which indicated to us that the service met your expectations.
Our team worked efficiently based on the instructions provided, and we always aim to avoid slowing down the process by repeatedly asking for guidance when none is given. We believe we followed all requests to the best of our ability and offered to assist further when appropriate.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
If it’s part of a move, your movers can take care of it for you. You’ll work with the professional movers that you hire to figure out an exact plan and what tasks you’d like them to handle.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Keep a running list of all the little things that have to get done, put into place kid or pet arrangements early in the morning, leave out some basic cleaning supplies, and do one last walk-through.

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part of being a mover is being able to help others by giving back with a skillset that is bar-none.
What training do you provide your crew members?
When a person is hired to become a professional mover, they are constantly being trained and retrained due to one of our core values which is constant improvement. All of our movers are qualified pros with considerable years of experience. We set what we like to call the "Golden Standard" for our team and expect delivery every time, no matter how big or small the job is. Training is two-part: on-the-job experience and completing a virtual orientation process with our onboarding agent.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
