Let's be clear, I do not blame the workers that showed up. I blame the company and dispatch. The work crew showed up... wait for it.... 8 hours late. When they arrived they informed us they had been working since 6am (it's 10:30 pm at this point). So they arrive 8 HOURS LATE and I get a rebill for overtime. Seriously? Contemplating taking the argument up with my credit card company.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You can expect a very hands on experience. Both owners are very much involved in the entire process. You will be followed up with before, during, and after the move to ensure you had a great experience!
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
You can expect our guys to be on time! They call and introduce themselves about 30 mins before arrival, they will come with all the necessary equipment needed for a professional and efficient move.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Do your research on companies and tips to make the move as stress-free as possible. Make sure you label boxes that are fragile, seal all boxes and organize the best you can. There are great moving tips on our website or youtube that you can check out to be ready!
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled small offices to large corporate offices. We have experience in completing several long distance moves as well. We treat all of our customers the same, whether it be the college dorm or the large corporate office building!
What training do you provide your crew members?
All of our employees work strictly for us. We do not use day labor or contract labor. So all of our guys are vetted and background checked. They are all trained personally by the owner who started out in high end furniture delivery. They are monitored very closely by a senior mover until they have mastered the intricate details on protecting and moving furniture safely and efficiently.
