I honestly can't say enough about their performance. I was on a time crunch, they got here on time, were fast and efficient. On top of all that they were polite, and professional. Kareem and (I apologize in advance for butchering this) Jemina, are amazing and I will use them again if I ever move!

The two primary contacts did an excellent job communicating what we needed done and having their 3 other helpers getting our job done on time. The only issue we had was their 3 workers did not speak a word of English. That made it a little hard dealing directly with them. We got past that. I absolutely would use them again. The 2 primary owners were very friendly and concerned about what we needed.

We needed help to pack a 16’ container that would move our household goods across country. Kareem, Chris and Gem were amazing! they were on time and provided excellent communication throughout the process. They clearly have packed many trucks and containers because their Tetris skills are next level. We actually had room left in the Pod. I wish we could take them with us to unpack the container too. What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Instant call or text from us after booking with us. If, we are on a job site we will reschudle to call you back that same day! We ask some questions for confirmation, (Address, gate code, drop off location, size of truck, any pets, furniture items, ANY BIG items, stairs, parking arragnments, packing/unpacking assitance)
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We send a reminder text the day before. We send a on our way text message 30 mins before arrival.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Communicate with your movers on how far along you are in packing and organizing everything to be transported. If we are aware on your situation, we can better assist you! Try to prepare ( dressers, book shelves, tape boxes properly, remove small items that are in the way)
