Jay and Bill were great. Professional and efficient. They worked nonstop for the time in which they were booked. They were careful with my father in law’s belongings and made sure to pack everything securely so nothing was damaged. They were both friendly and really easy to work with. Seemed very disinterested, had a bit of an attitude abount wanting to help. We paid for three hours, but they were finished in two. When I asked if there was any way to get a partial refund they said they didn't know but had to go. I would not use just manual labor again.
