Polite and kind, though I wish they had been faster. I was expecting more from a professional moving service, so I was disappointed. Still grateful for the help, but, for the money, I think the service could have been faster and more dedicated.

It seemed their main concern was; moving on to the next assignment. I asked them to set up the bed frames and beds. They did the Master B/R. (With my help )…but failed to do the Guest Bedroom. Stacked boxes up right against the walls…did not seem overly concerned about the care of my walls.

I hired them to load our household furniture into a semi trailer for a long distant move. I supplied them with 3 dozen moving blanks to protect our furniture. When our furniture arrived and was unloaded the dining table was badly damaged. Our outdoor patio furniture was badly damaged. They stacked boxes marked fragile on the bottom with 4 more heavy boxes stacked on top of them. Almost all of our beautiful furniture has sustained damage to some extent or another. Many pieces will require replacement. Very disappointed with how they loaded our cargo.
