The movers were 2 hours late with a laundry list of excuses.
The movers didn’t ask me for my input as to what I wanted most inside the container. For example, they loaded my guest bedroom bed into the container instead of my master bedroom bed!! They are both queen beds!! The overflow went to a cargo trailer and a storage unit as an emergency situation at the end. I was told at walk through things would be tight but they would get it all. Towards the end they just started throwing my stuff in the van waiting to go to the storage unit.
I was told all day long that they know what they are doing and I was slowing them down. They took my refrigerator handles off and left them inside the refrigerator along with the Allen wrenches!! So now they will be rattling around inside the container doing I don’t know what kind of damage! The refrigerator was purchased 1 year ago!
They gladly stayed after hours and off the clock to collect another $300 by check payment, plus $100 cash tip, but had little regard or respect for my possessions.
They damaged my corner desk unit from my office; they damaged the house that I no longer own, the stairwell had chunks of drywall missing and there were multiple black marks on the walls. One of the movers dropped two boxes down a flight of stairs because they were heavy and the cardboard handles didn’t hold up. I thought they knew what they were doing!!! They also damaged the top of a 9 cu foot Frigidaire chest freezer, there are scratches all over the top of it. I won’t know what else is damaged until I unpack and get the rest of my belongings out of a storage unit in a few months.
They were so nice at the beginning, this is why I signed up for the service. I would not recommend them for a single woman moving on her own. I feel completely disrespected and little to no regard for my opinion on my possessions!!

-Introductory phone call within 24 hrs of your booking to review your job requirements -Professional customer service representatives to assist with any of your pre-move questions -A dedicated representative of our company to call if any changes need to be made.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Introductory phone call from the crew 30 minutes before arrival -A crew that arrives on-time, ready to assist on your move -Uniformed crew members -tools, door jam protector and rug runner as well as a carton dolly and a furniture dolly. Basic hand tools for basic assemble/disassemble, that may be needed to move some items. -a walkthrough of your home with the crew to discuss your goals for the move.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
-Please utilize the many years of experience of our service reps to assist with any questions you have leading up o your move -If you are loading, you will want to make sure you have all the right supplies to ensure a safe move. Our reps can help with your planning, but some of the things you might need are furniture blankets, rope, straps, mattress bags, tape and boxes Please make sure you label the side of all boxes for your new home. -If you are unloading, you might want to try to secure a packing.

What training do you provide your crew members?
With over 20+ years experience of successful moves, we have developed policies and procedures for all types of moves. Each crew member is given extensive in the office training on these policies and procedures. We also take all movers through an extensive hands-on training program in our warehouse that walks them through the proper way to pack, protect, carry, load and unload your belongings that are good for the safety of your items and all involved in the move.
