Anthony and Terrence were great. They never slowed down. They packed our container efficiently and safely for cross country travel. MHME Moving Solutions was picked because of good reviews and that proved to be a wise decision. I provided moving blankets, rope, plastic wrap and tape. They did the rest. They came prepared with dollies and tools to disassemble beds and any other items. They were polite and respectful of our property and careful while carrying furniture so walls and door frames didn’t get scratched. I’d hire them again. I joked with them that I should fly them to Florida to unpack us. I hope we have good luck picking Hire A Helper workers at our destination.

The helpers were both very good. They arrived right on time. Knew what they were doing. Respectful of our stuff. Worked fast. Handled an unusual unloading (down a steep driveway) very well. We are expecting a Packrat container soon and hope to get these two young men to help us again

The two young men sent by moving solutions were on-time, had everything they needed to do the job, worked very quickly but carefully, and they took care of my belongings while unloading the items. I would definitely use moving solutions again.

Great service, would highly recommend MHME. Used the service for unpacking our 24 foot truck and it went very smooth. Had three helpers Jerome, Scott and Anthony and they did an awesome job. They were very friendly, worked hard and did everything we asked of them. Greg at the office was great to deal with and we had constant communication regarding our move. These guys really strive for a 5 Star rating and they earn it!!

-Introductory phone call within 24 hrs of your booking to review your job requirements -Professional customer service representatives to assist with any of your pre-move questions -A dedicated representative of our company to call if any changes need to be made.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Introductory phone call from the crew 30 minutes before arrival -A crew that arrives on-time, ready to assist on your move -Uniformed crew members -tools, door jam protector and rug runner as well as a carton dolly and a furniture dolly. Basic hand tools for basic assemble/disassemble, that may be needed to move some items. -a walkthrough of your home with the crew to discuss your goals for the move.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
-Please utilize the many years of experience of our service reps to assist with any questions you have leading up o your move -If you are loading, you will want to make sure you have all the right supplies to ensure a safe move. Our reps can help with your planning, but some of the things you might need are furniture blankets, rope, straps, mattress bags, tape and boxes Please make sure you label the side of all boxes for your new home. -If you are unloading, you might want to try to secure a packing.

What training do you provide your crew members?
With over 20+ years experience of successful moves, we have developed policies and procedures for all types of moves. Each crew member is given extensive in the office training on these policies and procedures. We also take all movers through an extensive hands-on training program in our warehouse that walks them through the proper way to pack, protect, carry, load and unload your belongings that are good for the safety of your items and all involved in the move.
