The 3 guys (Blaine, Chris, and Tom) arrived and got straight to work clearing out our place. They got everything out of our apartment and into our truck within an hour and a half. I was so thankful for them because if it wasn't for them the job would have taken my fiance and I all night to get done. They did a wonderful job and made sure that everything was secure and wouldn't budge as we drove from Arizona to Iowa! I would definitely recommend them! They work hard and do an excellent job packing everything into the truck. We arrived back to Iowa with everything still in one piece and in the same condition as it was when we (they) loaded it into the truck. :) :) :)

We had only 3 days notice that we were actually moving at the end of May. So, we worked very hard to get things ready for the movers. We didn't intend for all of our belongings to go to storage, so it seemed to the movers that we were not ready. They were very tired (of course) when they got to us as they had already completed a large moving job in the morning. They were polite and worked quickly. We really appreciated their able assistance. The 2 Amazing guys we got did an excellent Job. They were on time and worked hard the whole time. They were very friendly felt like they were part of the family helping us out.. They handled all of our property with excellent care. I highly recommend this company I wouldn't choose anyone else. Also forgot to say they fit us in at the last minute on a holiday weekend because we had hired someone else that flaked on us in the morning.. I can't say enough about how happy I am with this company! Great job guys!

-Introductory phone call within 24 hrs of your booking to review your job requirements -Professional customer service representatives to assist with any of your pre-move questions -A dedicated representative of our company to call if any changes need to be made.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Introductory phone call from the crew 30 minutes before arrival -A crew that arrives on-time, ready to assist on your move -Uniformed crew members -tools, door jam protector and rug runner as well as a carton dolly and a furniture dolly. Basic hand tools for basic assemble/disassemble, that may be needed to move some items. -a walkthrough of your home with the crew to discuss your goals for the move.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
-Please utilize the many years of experience of our service reps to assist with any questions you have leading up o your move -If you are loading, you will want to make sure you have all the right supplies to ensure a safe move. Our reps can help with your planning, but some of the things you might need are furniture blankets, rope, straps, mattress bags, tape and boxes Please make sure you label the side of all boxes for your new home. -If you are unloading, you might want to try to secure a packing.

What training do you provide your crew members?
With over 20+ years experience of successful moves, we have developed policies and procedures for all types of moves. Each crew member is given extensive in the office training on these policies and procedures. We also take all movers through an extensive hands-on training program in our warehouse that walks them through the proper way to pack, protect, carry, load and unload your belongings that are good for the safety of your items and all involved in the move.
