They worked hard and smart. They did arrive 2 hours late, though. This worked for me today, but if I was working against a timed pick up, this might have caused problems.

DO NOT USE THIS MOVER! I held off writing this review hoping the problems could be resolved, they are refusing. We hired Movers by Gregg to load a 16' container for a 2000 mile move. They estimated it would take two men two hours, it took three and a half, almost doubling the estimated cost. When we finally got into our new house and unloaded the container we found gouges and scrapes on our dining table. Seems they loaded our bikes on top of the table and despite it being well wrapped in moving blankets the metal bike frame/forks wore through. No problem, we'll just make a claim on their insurance...not so fast, one of the many forms they had us sign waived them of any responsibility for damage AFTER they left. Their shoddy packing directly caused damages and even though they are insured, they refused to file a claim. I'm out the nearly double estimated cost for loading and over $2000 in damages they caused.

These guys came in at the appointed time and had all the necessary wrap, tape, rope, etc., to get the job done in under 2 hours! Hardest workers I've seen in a long time. They came in and told my sister and me that we made the job easier on them because we had wrapped all our wall hangings, TV's, and bed mattress/box springs boxed and wrapped, and the bed frame dismantled, all electronics boxed. They removed doors to get refrigerator and washer out (it's an older home), and wrapped all the appliances and tied things down into the storage unit. They seemed to really enjoy working together, laughed and joked around while working. And yes, would use again if needed.

The crew of three were on time, and immediately went to work upon arrival - worked non-stop (7.5 hours) until the job was done, and it was 110+ degrees. They were respectful of our items, and you could just tell, they knew what they were doing. If you need movers, we would definitely recommend this company. I would not hesitate to use them again - great job guys, we really appreciate all your hard work! D McWill

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Introductory phone call from the crew 30 minutes before arrival -A crew that arrives on-time, ready to assist on your move -Uniformed crew members -tools, door jam protector and rug runner as well as a carton dolly and a furniture dolly. Basic hand tools for basic assemble/disassemble, that may be needed to move some items. -a walkthrough of your home with the crew to discuss your goals for the move.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
-Please utilize the many years of experience of our service reps to assist with any questions you have leading up o your move -If you are loading, you will want to make sure you have all the right supplies to ensure a safe move. Our reps can help with your planning, but some of the things you might need are furniture blankets, rope, straps, mattress bags, tape and boxes Please make sure you label the side of all boxes for your new home. -If you are unloading, you might want to try to secure a packing.

With over 20+ years experience of successful moves, we have developed policies and procedures for all types of moves. Each crew member is given extensive in the office training on these policies and procedures. We also take all movers through an extensive hands-on training program in our warehouse that walks them through the proper way to pack, protect, carry, load and unload your belongings that are good for the safety of your items and all involved in the move.
