Greg, Lee and Anthony did a fantastic job and got my 3 hour job done in 2 hours and 45 minutes. I even got credited back the 15 minutes that we didn't use. I would highly recommend this company. Hard working and honest - Did a great job.

I was recommended by a friend of mine who used their service previously. I'm glad I took his advice. I needed to move four items from my house to a storage facility. Three were cherry wood dining room sideboard (8ft wide), matching dining room cabinet w/glass hutch, and oval all-glass curio cabinet. Each were worth $1,000 or more. The movers, Jerome and Lee, were very professional. They came on time and immediately went to work. They wrapped the dining room furniture and they wrapped the glass curio cabinet with cardboards (I had a plenty of large cardboard boxes), then a couple of comforters I had as padding around, and finally wrapped with plastic. I was simply expecting them to wrap in furniture pad/blankets during the transit...I was truly impressed. I wouldn't hesitate hiring M.H.M.E again. My philosophy has been "you get what you pay for"...and I still stand by it. There are many other movers from HireAHelper, but I will stick with them.

The guys did fine. Maybe my expectations were too high, but I hired previous movers 18 months ago in San Diego and those guys were stellar - they delivered boxes to the exact bedrooms, assembled furniture, and made sure we were completely satisfied with they work prior to leaving. This was a team of 2, one who seemed the pro and another younger guy. They were working in July in Phoenix, so it was hot. They delivered the boxes to one room as directed by my husband, and delivered the furniture to their respective rooms. They finished unloading the box a little after an hour, after which point my husband asked them to deliver boxes to certain rooms. Then they were done... at that point they were in the A/C, so I assumed they would make themselves available to distribute the boxes to the rest of the house but at that point they were packing up and ready to go... well under the minimum 2 hours we paid for. I don't know, maybe I should have been more direct. I just expected more from the most expensive, highest rated company. They did the bare minimum, so I wish I had saved some money and gotten another company.

There was a slight delay with their start time, but the company contact was great about staying in touch and updated with the arrival time. The staff was very friendly and eager to assist with tasks great and small. I would definitely work with them again.

Blaine, Lee, and Brad did a great job unloading my ABF trailer. They were professional, on-time and worked hard. They had all the tools necessary to complete the work. They took extra care of the furniture and made sure not to damage any of the walls. I would absolutely use them again if I ever need moving labor help!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?

-Introductory phone call within 24 hrs of your booking to review your job requirements -Professional customer service representatives to assist with any of your pre-move questions -A dedicated representative of our company to call if any changes need to be made.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?

Introductory phone call from the crew 30 minutes before arrival -A crew that arrives on-time, ready to assist on your move -Uniformed crew members -tools, door jam protector and rug runner as well as a carton dolly and a furniture dolly. Basic hand tools for basic assemble/disassemble, that may be needed to move some items. -a walkthrough of your home with the crew to discuss your goals for the move.

How should a customer prepare for moving day?

-Please utilize the many years of experience of our service reps to assist with any questions you have leading up o your move -If you are loading, you will want to make sure you have all the right supplies to ensure a safe move. Our reps can help with your planning, but some of the things you might need are furniture blankets, rope, straps, mattress bags, tape and boxes Please make sure you label the side of all boxes for your new home. -If you are unloading, you might want to try to secure a packing.

What training do you provide your crew members?

With over 20+ years experience of successful moves, we have developed policies and procedures for all types of moves. Each crew member is given extensive in the office training on these policies and procedures. We also take all movers through an extensive hands-on training program in our warehouse that walks them through the proper way to pack, protect, carry, load and unload your belongings that are good for the safety of your items and all involved in the move.
