Have never had a more difficult move than with MHME moving solutions. For a 3 bedroom/3 bath vacation home with no basement it took 10.5 hours. That time was with me packing 90% of the items that were packable. Our total bill was $1,900! Completely unacceptable.
Movers were polite and careful, however, management has been unresponsive to concerns expressed about cost and time taken. Never even a return phone call from the company after 3 calls and 2 emails.
Being small business owners ourselves, my husband and I do not make it a practice to file complaints, however, this is an exception.

We had Blaine and Ryan load for us this past Sunday and they did a wonderful job. They packed the POD so tight. We would have never been able to accomplish what they did. I want to have them back for the second POD this coming weekend. Would strongly recommend using MHME.

These guys were awesome!!! They treated our stuff and house with respect and care. They worked the entire time and let us know when they were taking a 30 minute break. We originally has them scheduled for only 2 hours but they stayed the whole 5 hours and got EVERYTHING loaded into the truck - ON CHRISTMAS EVE!!!

These guys were great. Went out of their way to squeeze (ever so gently) everything into one container saving me money on additional storage. They were curteous and professional. and didn't "talk down" to the "widowed older lady". They didn't even stop for a lunch break so absolutely no qualms about paying for the extra time. These guys were rock stars. Absolutley will use them again on the unpacking end

I am beyond amazed at how good everything went this afternoon when the guys were here to help us. They were professional, courteous, and quick!!! They were able to come early and called to see if that would work for us. I will use them again in the future, no doubt!

Before this move, I had used professional movers 5 times; 4 state to state, and 1 local in state move. This was the first time I have ever used a POD. Working with the POD company was fine. However they need to screen their suggested movers/packers more closely. This was the WORST experience I have ever had with professional movers. It started off fine, they were on time and were nice. But then I found out they had no moving pads (which the POD company said "movers will provide"). I spoke with the MHME office and it was clearly a miscommunication between POD and MHME. So then the workers seemed like they were being careful wrapping my belongings and trying to wrap all they could given the use of paper wrapping I had on hand and a couple sheets I hadn't packed yet. Then the loading of the POD started and this is where it went totally downhill. Mind you, this company was listed on the POD website so you would think they have experience packing a POD! The POD was half full and I went out to check and found the lead mover standing on my leather couch! And all of our big items (queen mattress, king mattress, both headboards, dining table, 75" TV, and 2 bikes) were NOT in the POD yet. He said he didn't pack high enough at the beginning because "he didn't think it looked like I had that much stuff". Anyway, after I commented about him standing on my couch, they took the couch out and started to try to stand it on it's end to fit more. I said I would not have my couch standing on it's end in storage. So they took it out again (jostling it about) and took out several other things and tried to repack the POD and go higher. At the end they were able to fit more in but both of our mattresses were bent over the top. And our king mattress is brand new and now it's going to be bent for over a month in storage. I am NOT happy about that. Plus they could not fit our king headboard, dining room table, or our bikes. They did such a horrible loading job and at the end were recklessly trying to squeeze things in. I have no idea what condition my belongings will be when we unload the POD. And we will definitely NOT be using MHME to unload it!! And to top it off, with all of the loading/reloading of the POD it took them 2 hours longer than the estimate. So their inability to load cost us money as well. Thankfully they did not charge us for one of the hours. But needless to say this did not make up for the bad experience!

-Introductory phone call within 24 hrs of your booking to review your job requirements -Professional customer service representatives to assist with any of your pre-move questions -A dedicated representative of our company to call if any changes need to be made.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Introductory phone call from the crew 30 minutes before arrival -A crew that arrives on-time, ready to assist on your move -Uniformed crew members -tools, door jam protector and rug runner as well as a carton dolly and a furniture dolly. Basic hand tools for basic assemble/disassemble, that may be needed to move some items. -a walkthrough of your home with the crew to discuss your goals for the move.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
-Please utilize the many years of experience of our service reps to assist with any questions you have leading up o your move -If you are loading, you will want to make sure you have all the right supplies to ensure a safe move. Our reps can help with your planning, but some of the things you might need are furniture blankets, rope, straps, mattress bags, tape and boxes Please make sure you label the side of all boxes for your new home. -If you are unloading, you might want to try to secure a packing.
