Michael and Chelsi were amazing. The only thing I found was a broken mirror for the back of my China closet top half. I’m not sure if the cost but it was in pieces. I have a picture if needed. And being the only item broken I would recommend them again.

They set up the ramp to the door, padded the sides of the doorway and put down a rubber mat in the hallway. They would win the tag team championship in the WWE.

My negative assessment is that I prepaid for four hours and it only took 2 hours and 45 minutes..

Unprepared - Movers showed up to move all possessions of a 915 sq. foot apartment with 5 small boxes (should have been 5 times as many boxes), they ended up moving all of my kitchen things in plastic shopping bags that I had to supply.
Unprofessional - They didn't bring furniture pads, they used my blankets and taped them around my furniture. They kept saying they were done when there was a lot of items remaining to move, I had to keep saying "this room too, we're taking everything". A bottle of $300.00 Creed cologne was stolen.
Openly nasty - One of them commented about how nice it would be for me to take a shower at the end of the day - I realized later that my shower head was missing (had been stolen) too. I'm still trying to figure out what else may have been stolen from me.
This was a very bad experience to say the least. How are these guys in business?

Michael and Chelsea were so lovely. They were friendly, fast, careful, very considerate, and pretty much anything you’d hope from movers coming into your home and handling your furniture. If we move again we will go with them again.

Favorite part about being a mover is all of the wonderful people I've had the chance to network with over the years I've been in the industry.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Our crew receives training on properly wrapping furniture, using the required tools for each job and loading/unloading trucks properly. We do ensure your move is left in the best hands possible - we look forward to working with you!
