We had a great experience with Moving by Professionals LLC. They were not on time due to their previous job running late however they communicated timely to let us know that they would be late and what time they would arrive. Once they arrived they worked quickly and efficiently to get the move done. They moved us from a 2nd floor apartment to a 3rd floor apartment. The guys were respectful of our things, nothing was broken and we would definitely use them again.

These guys saved my moving day! They did an amazing job. Moved me out of my upstairs apartment with lots of positive energy and great attitudes. I was worried I didn't have a big enough truck, but their Tetris skills left me room to spare!

I will start with saying, they were very nice and polite. They arrived and wreaked of Marijuana. Totally unprofessional! One of the 1st things that I mentioned was that I have a white couch and I don't know or care how they want to wrap it whether it be in blankets or the plastic wrap or both as long as my couch stays white.. I've moved plenty of times and never had a problem with dirt or marks on my furniture..I had 2 guys, but the one guy was basically just a "helper" he carried boxes, that was about it.. He had a difficult time wrapping things with the plastic wrap, he was slow and out of sorts. I got very frustrated after a while because it was taking alot of time and he waited for the direction of the lead guy alot.. I asked if we could try and get it finished soon, and then they stopped wrapping things, and when he was stacking my large couch cushion (that he didn't wrap) it fell and got stains on both sides! There was a lamp with glass that they did not wrap and tucked in on the bottom of everything ??. And the "unwrapped" white lamp shade was stuffed in between other items also. ?? ?? When I said something to the lead guy about not wrapping my stuff anymore and now there's stains on my couch cushion he said well it's because I asked if we could get done soon so he stopped wrapping my things.. I did not say to stop wrapping things I just wanted them both to work equally Quickly instead of the one guy basically doing all the work and the other 1 moving so slowly, not sure if because he was high, or just slow.. I am extremely disappointed with them, And I unfortunately am sure more than my couch is going to be ruined.
First off, I can share that there is indeed a Lead mover on every single job - a "project manager" of sorts who is responsible for directing how things are wrapped, loaded, packed, etc. Each Team Lead has been trained to be just that - a leader for our company. As such, it makes sense why you felt one gentleman seemed to be more "in the know" compared to the other as he was our Lead that day.
Additionally, our teams are extensively trained to take the best care possible of your items and it sounds like they had done just that until they were directed to hasten the process. To wrap things requires time and effort so it seems your desires to quicken the process may have gotten miscommunicated as our workers seemed to perceive you wanted them to hurry up at all costs. I'm sorry things seemed tough for you and will keep an eye out for any further communication regarding potential damages you think you may incur.

Michael and his crew did an awesome job helping us unload our Penske truck. He was able to organize our stuff in our storage unit so everything fit and we didn’t run out of room. He was very professional and on time. We will need his help again to move into our new home. I recommend Michael and his crew. If you need help moving give him a call!!
