What can a customer expect after booking with you?
After booking with My Guyz Moving you should get a call confirming details of move.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day, you will receive a 30-minute courtesy call before arrival. My guys will have tools, dollies and everything needed to make move as efficient as possible.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Take all Jewlery with you. Make a personal bag with hygiene, clothes, shoes, medicines and car keys that you do not want to be packed or loaded.
What types of moves have you handled?
i have handled all moves from moving Colonels in the military to moving Hollywood producers across country. I have moved hundreds of families into their new home locally and long distances throughout the years. There is not a move I am not familiar WITH.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part of being a mover is being able to meet new people and see different sceneries everyday. i love being able to bring a top tier service to a at first stressed customer and then making them feel at ease.
What training do you provide your crew members?
All crew members before coming out into the field watch 8 hours of training videos then also receive a months worth of training with me out in the field.
