The guys were great and they did a good job but I would like to see them take a little better direction about what the customer wants. People have their own reasons for doing things and they need to be in tune to that.

Wonderful experience! They called me at the start of the day to touch base and give me an idea of their schedule for the day which was so helpful in giving me a heads up and settling my moving anxiety. They were really accommodating with my schedule as I was waiting on a container and didn’t know exactly when it would arrive.
When they arrived they were wearing masks and got right to work. They were respectful and cautious with our things and we were so impressed by their ability to get everything in perfectly, just like Tetris. They worked their butts off as quickly as they could, and lifted our most heavy things with ease. Would 100% recommend.

Spending $400 for professional movers to come and load POD means they should be able to maximize space to get as much in the unit as possible. I had to pull everything out and start over. What a waste of money.

They were very courteous. Answered any questions I had. Very professional. Once they got to my house they were there to get the job done. They filled my pods making sure it would all fit.

Way overpriced for the service received. Two young men that appeared to have no experience/training packing a pod. They failed to use the space in pod to capacity. Upon arrival, they did not come to the door with masks. I would not recommend this company.

POG .... Dave and Blue did a terrific job for me.
After signing up with Hire a Helper, I was informed that POG Moving and Helpers would be my contact. I called and P.T. was very knowledgeable of the area we were moving to and quickly locked in the crew and timing that met my needs.
Dave was the "lead" on the crew and contacted me the night before to assure the time and location. (I was hauling my own load and needed help to put it into storage...... 4 hours away.) We set the specific time to meet and the next morning I was on my way.
I got to my storage unit about 20 minutes before our scheduled time... signed papers and opened the unit to inspect it.
Dave and Blue showed up as scheduled and did great! They were easy to work with and very courteous, helpful and fast!

WE are a Niche Famiily Movers- We do not sub contract and we work very hard to provide service customers need and deserve
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
your move team contacts you 30-40 minutes prior to arrival. Time starts upon arrival- not before. Your Team lead is an expiernced mover and your move team is a vetted and trained moving team
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Boxes, boxes and more boxes. Have your items ready for load. Larger items and furniture we will manage when on site
What types of moves have you handled?
From next door to the house around the block to interstate moves to each of the 48 contiguous states & Cananda. Then somewhere in between too,
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
The customers, every day iis new and different. getting to know someone even under the most stressful of times and having a commonality during this time

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
