What can a customer expect after booking with you?
When booking with MKProductions, after receiving the order you'll be contacted (via email) with a rundown list asking specific questions about your upcoming move. From this we confirm your move, locations, items,etc.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Day of the move you will receive a Txt message with your movers ETA, unless specified to use different means of communication. They will have equipment with them and ready, but more is always welcomed.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Please respond to the email, it gives everyone a better perspective of what to expect and what is required. Customers tend to have 2 different ideas in their head, like they just want certain things moved (Heavy items) and others they'll figure out. Please understand we are here for you. If everything needs to go let us know, Big or Small, its still the same job.
What types of moves have you handled?
When speaking on work history, we have handled a range of moves: Local, Commercial, Long Distance, Office, In-home(No Truck), Same building(No Truck), Senior Downsizing, and Disposal.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Knowing that your doing something that actually helps. Plenty of times we come along customers that don't know how they're going to make it work or get everything from A to B without taking C. Its rewarding to lift that burden off of their shoulders.
What training do you provide your crew members?
On site, hands on training. If your order requires 2 movers there will be 3. The 3rd will be in training and handle miscellaneous items, lamps, wrapping of furniture and light moves to get familiar with proper handling and maneuvering.

Same Day Moves
We charge an extra 10% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.
Extra Hours
We can always stay at least 2 hours over the prebooked time.
