The communication was SO great. I knew times well in advance so I could prepare. They were ready when the ramp to my moving truck seemed broken. They even had great communication while working so it made the 2 hours fly. They were also really respectful with my things. Well worth the cost (which was very inexpensive compared to everywhere else I looked!)
