Your moving labor helpers were clean, energetic, knowledgeable and very patient with me as I was not completely ready to be loaded when they arrived.
Qverall, I give them a 5 star rating, excellent value for my money. There were 1 or 2 small slipups in compressing the load but that was very understandable with the odd sizes and tytpes of boxes employed. Nothing was broken. Thanks for your help.

My Hellers were just that . It was such a last minute thing to find Helpers I didn't think I would. They were strong professional men that didn't mind breaking a sweat even after leaving a job that they felt was a really a days work. I appreciate them . I would recommend them any day.!!!

We helped our son move from Austin to Irving, TX and hired Superior Service to meet us at the apartment to unload the 14 ft moving truck. I received a call to confirm the move the day before. Also received a call when the helpers were en route about an hour before the appointment. This was very important because we had only a few hours to return the truck to the drop off station & drive home that same day. The 2 helpers reported to work on time. They were both very accommodating & polite. The moving labor help was for 2 hours ( 1 bedroom apt on the 5th floor with a slow elevator ) but they were systematic and finished within the allotted time. Both were careful in moving the furniture and they even hooked up the washer & dryer. Very good experience with Superior Service. Will definitely recommend. 05/04/2011.

We recently [4/18/11] used Superior Service to have them unload our POD into a moving truck. Chris and another gentlemen worked expeditiously to complete the job and ensured that all of our belongings were secured in the truck. They arrived on time and were eager to start the job. The helpers, Chris and Josh, were great. They had had a long day yet were still strong and efficient. They were late due to an earlier job running long (not their fault) but were good about calling me to check in.
I was pleased with their friendliness and hard work. I would use their services again... Maybe just be their first job in case other folks underestimate their hours again! :-)

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will receive a call from us to verify all the information on the work order, and go over any questions that you may have.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A call when a crew is in route to your location. Once on-site we will do a quick walk-thru with you and get right to work.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Remove all the contents from any furniture that is being moved. If you have pets be sure to have a designate place where they can be kept during the move. If your moving date is draw to a close and you are have not fully packed you can always call us and we can have an experienced packer there the day before the move to help you be ready.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have moved everything from retail stores, offices and homes to fountains, music and sports equipment. We've also moved weddings, animals, college dorms, pods, pack rats, u-boxes, containers and a wide range of small trailers to big trucks. There nothing we have not seen before so if you have a doubt about an unorthodox situation don't hesitate to call us so we can offer a quick solution.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
