I had a disappointing experience. The team did not balance the weight of the items properly, which is crucial for safe transport. Additionally, they failed to secure loose items, leaving them at risk of damage during the move.
There were significant gaps left between chairs, which could have been utilized to place small boxes, maximizing space and stability. As a result, I had to unload some items myself to rearrange and secure them to prevent potential breakage and to ensure the door would close properly.
Overall, the service did not meet my expectations, and I had to invest additional time and effort to correct their work.

The service providers were fast and hard
workers. However they were careless with my belonging. Not wrapping furniture, dragging my belongings on the ground and just shoving stuff in to the pods instead of placing them properly. They ruined a $3,000 chair because they didn’t wrap it and dragged in on the ground. Efficient workers but aggressive/ careless with my personal items. Which is NOT OKAY. Nice people but need to respect people’s stuff.

These guys showed up right on time and worked very quickly! They got all my stuff to fit into my pod which I could not have done by myself. They even helped disassemble my bed frame to get it all to fit into the moving pod. Grateful for their help and would recommend to anyone!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will receive a call from us to verify all the information on the work order, and go over any questions that you may have.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A call when a crew is in route to your location. Once on-site we will do a quick walk-thru with you and get right to work.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Remove all the contents from any furniture that is being moved. If you have pets be sure to have a designate place where they can be kept during the move. If your moving date is draw to a close and you are have not fully packed you can always call us and we can have an experienced packer there the day before the move to help you be ready.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have moved everything from retail stores, offices and homes to fountains, music and sports equipment. We've also moved weddings, animals, college dorms, pods, pack rats, u-boxes, containers and a wide range of small trailers to big trucks. There nothing we have not seen before so if you have a doubt about an unorthodox situation don't hesitate to call us so we can offer a quick solution.

We accept next day requests at our normal rates.

We do not refund for any unused time.
