Rick and Chris were our movers, and they could not have been more wonderful! They moved a ton of stuff to a POD we had. We were not organized at all, but they 100% went with our flow, and were GREAT! Superior Service did an excellent job helping me load my Pod up. They arrived exactly when they told me they would. Even when though it was raining on the day of my move, they still were able to get everything loaded in the allotted time. I would recommend them to anyone looking for help!

They guys that came called ahead and gave us an accurate eta. Upon their arrival they got right to work and was very flexible with us requiring an additional hour. They did a fantastic job wrapping our furniture and we're careful loading it onto the truck. If I was not comfortable with the position of a particular peice they were very accomodating in re positioning the furniture. Happily using them again for our final load next weekend!

Chris and Justin were EXCELLENT! I arrived ON TIME, and were very courteous. They took extra care with all of the furniture, and were experts at stacking and arranging it to fit into a 16' POD! I will absolutely recommend them and Superior Service to friends and family! AWESOME hard workers!!!

They arrived right on time, went right to work. I live in a 3rd floor apartment, which involved them having to use the elevator and walk further than normal. They worked very hard and were very pleasant. They were very careful with my things. I would use them again and highly recommend Superior Service.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
You will receive a call from us to verify all the information on the work order, and go over any questions that you may have.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
A call when a crew is in route to your location. Once on-site we will do a quick walk-thru with you and get right to work.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Remove all the contents from any furniture that is being moved. If you have pets be sure to have a designate place where they can be kept during the move. If your moving date is draw to a close and you are have not fully packed you can always call us and we can have an experienced packer there the day before the move to help you be ready.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have moved everything from retail stores, offices and homes to fountains, music and sports equipment. We've also moved weddings, animals, college dorms, pods, pack rats, u-boxes, containers and a wide range of small trailers to big trucks. There nothing we have not seen before so if you have a doubt about an unorthodox situation don't hesitate to call us so we can offer a quick solution.

What training do you provide your crew members?
All of our crew member have at least 6 years of full-time moving experience, so you have a team of experienced, dedicated, moving professionals at your disposal for all your moving needs.

We charge an extra 20% for same day requests.
Next Day Moves
We accept next day requests at our normal rates.
Refunding Unused Time
We do not refund for any unused time.

We can always stay at least 1 hour over the prebooked time.
