They were actually 15 minutes early and had called even called the day before to confirm. The only issue was that we hired two movers for two hours, but when they got there it was actually one mover and his girlfriend, because the other mover was sick. That being said, the job still got done in the two hour time frame, although my husband did help him. He was very knowledgeable about how to pack our POD. The young lady he brought to help him did her best but some of the things she did, like shrink wrapping the furniture with drawers, was not done correctly because it fell off before being loaded. But even with those few issues, I would definitely hire them again. He was on time, worked hard, and did a good job. We actually appreciated that the sick mover did not come and possibly expose us to his illness.

Ahh, the Christmas Holidays! Even with that, the guys from Family Movers performed excellently. I had several date/time changes (my fault) and they adapted easily to the changes. They were on time, and started work immediately, reassembling a home gym and a sauna. They were very careful with the equipment the furniture, and house, as all the furniture was scattered throughout the house due to a partial renovation. They were smiling and pleasant to work with, and I would definitely use them again, should I have need.

We are both labor and full service, for commercial, and residential. We also work for a Restoration company. We do a lot of Fire, Water, Mold where we clear out effected homes, then when the work in the home is done, we move it all back in. And set things back up.

Basic lifting techniques, communication between Movers, proper packing and padding techniques...
