Family Movers were excellent.They sent two of their best movers and they worked very hard to get our POD emptied. They handled each box and each item with care. They asked many questions as to where we wanted the items placed. I even changed my mind on a few items and they moved them with a smile! They were more than excellent.

Due to traffic they were running a little late (we were too) and they called way ahead of the scheduled arrival window to let us know this. They worked a solid 2.5 hours without a break in the Florida heat. They were able to unload an entire 26” Penske truck (2/3 of it loaded all the way to the roof) in the 2.5 hours. They offered to clean up the truck and assemble furniture if we wanted them to even though we were already over our 2 hour window.. They were very concious of our belongings and did not damage a single item. They let us know when rooms were filling up and asked where to put overflow rather than just dumping it anywhere. I thought the price was very reasonable (including the tip I gave them) for the amount of work performed. We were very impressed with their professionalism, they worked very well together, and if we need help for anything else again, these are the guys that we are going to call.

What types of moves have you handled?
We are both labor and full service, for commercial, and residential. We also work for a Restoration company. We do a lot of Fire, Water, Mold where we clear out effected homes, then when the work in the home is done, we move it all back in. And set things back up.

The people you meet and the stories they share.
What training do you provide your crew members?
Basic lifting techniques, communication between Movers, proper packing and padding techniques...
