The two crew members Billy and Wes, did a great job unloading a 16' POD. It was a very Hot Florida day and they worked hard with only a few minute break to refresh and then back to work. They removed some furniture left in the house before we moved in our furniture. Billy and Wes worked great together and they were a complimentary team. They put everything in place where we instructed them to. They also offered to help put some of the furniture back together before they left. We had our bed and dining room table up and ready to be used before they left. I would definitely use this team again and would recommend them to anyone that wanted a hard working professional moving team.

An excellent job. Gave a courtesy call an hour before arrival, which was earlier then planned. Which was welcomed. They were prepared for the job. Got to work immediately after the walk through and continued until the job was complete. They were very careful and respectful of our property and a joy to work with. I will be using them again.

The men arrived on time and had all the materials they needed with them. They worked hard and fast without being careless. They took good care of our property and frequently encouraged us to just relax and let them take care of everything for us. When they had an issue putting one item on a dolly, they simply moved the dolly aside and hand-carried our item into the truck. Every item was secured with rope or plastic wrap to protect against damage or shifting. We would recommend Family Movers and would use them again ourselves.

What types of moves have you handled?
We are both labor and full service, for commercial, and residential. We also work for a Restoration company. We do a lot of Fire, Water, Mold where we clear out effected homes, then when the work in the home is done, we move it all back in. And set things back up.
