What a terrific bunch! From the confirmation phone call 2 days before, to the heads up that they were almost at the destination to the wonderful and efficient job they did unpacking my POD, Billy, Dakota and Tom did an exceptional job. They were quick and efficient and asked where I wanted each item placed and were done in record time. If I could give then 10 stars I would. I highly recommend this mover.

Essentially the same as review for "loading POD". Crew took great pains returning items to positions that owners desired in garage and were very careful about new garage floor new garage paintwork.

I had several problems with my move. My large screen tv was ruined. The hardware for the dining room table was missing. I had to pay someone to come and assemble the table. My reclining sofa no longer reclines. The plug is mangled. I would never use hire a helper again. I lost so much money with this move. One of the movers stood around a lot not working unless I specifically asked him to do anything.
The whole experience was very unpleasant. I requested hire a helper to help me resolve these issues, and didn't get the help I requested. Don't try and do a move on your own if you have nice things. Pay for a full service and get your items insured. I should have paid for the extra insurance. I just didn't expect so much damage to my household items.

Overwhelmed by the job, even though we had used them to load the containers with the same individuals. However the mgr was not present. One hlper had an attitude. The younger (apparently) of the two did work hard and was respectful of our property and goods, but I cannot say the same of the other. I would not use them again unless I was assured the owner/mgr would be present

The 2 young men ( Billy and Tom) arrived about 1/2 hour earlier than expected and called to advise us of that. They asked to look at the rooms where the larger items were to be placed then went to work very respectful of the house and our items,
They completed the job under the 2 hour minimum that I had paid for, and asked if there was anything else that they could do for us.
I would definitely recommend them.

What types of moves have you handled?
We are both labor and full service, for commercial, and residential. We also work for a Restoration company. We do a lot of Fire, Water, Mold where we clear out effected homes, then when the work in the home is done, we move it all back in. And set things back up.

Basic lifting techniques, communication between Movers, proper packing and padding techniques...
