Harold Booker and his son Isaiah were very good movers. They arrived on time and went right to work. They were very careful and didn't object to moving a very, very heavy cement garden bench. They didn't take any breaks. And, they were very friendly. Very good experience.

I would never use this company again.
I hired two men from this company. I'm not a prejudiced person at all. These two black men showed up on time, but, had their pants hanging down and moved very slow. We went out to the truck where my son was and he handed the two men a floor ceramic lamp that was wrapped up with a big UHaul blanket. I asked them to put in the elevator and they just looked at me and then the tall guy walked away and said, he had to go to his car and then the other guy walked away from the lamp and it fell over and broke into pieces. I was disgusted because, that lamp cost me $250 at Art Van furniture. I called Harold the manager right away and he asked me if the lamp was in their possession, and I told him yes, my son handed it to them and they both had a hold of it and both decided to step away. He said, the company is only responsible if they had possession of it up in the truck...How Ridiculous! Told Harold, they were slow and looked high. These two guys wasted at least 45 minutes of my time. Even the two matinance people made remarks and told my daughter, that the one guy just took a little blanket up on the 8th floor, after they were both told to fill the elevator up before going up to empty it. She said, I can't believe what I just seen. Then the other matiance guy said, they were always looking at their phones and were completely worthless to my son and daughter who worked circles around them. I don't mind paying for a service that was a great job, but, I'm a Senior on a low income and had to pay $254 for a very poor service and on top of that lost a very expensive beautiful lamp that the manager didn't seem to care about. Harold, should be a shamed to send workers out like that. He said, he's been doing this business for 30 years WOW! the company needs to replace him and those two workers. Very Dissastfied Customer!
