They were on time and completed unloading my U-Haul in the time requested. There was a broken bookcase on the truck, but they made sure to show it to me before they touched it so that I knew it was broken during the move and not by them.

This company was terrible. When our two PODs were unloaded from another moving service because these guys took so much longer the first time we found our $3,000 couch was ripped, our second leather couch has a tear in it, and nicks and scrapes off our living tables and our brand new king headboard. They stuffed TVs between couches and did an appalling job.
