I more than made it clear it would be after 10am day before your team member said no problem let him know when your 30 minutes away we got there 10:45 was scheduled 9-10 2 hours maybe go back to math oh and yes you put blatant lies in a review then what was your professional response to my review rude and conceited also why bring my wife up cause she could carry all the heavy stuff your movers couldn't cause we use the proper equipment that your own mover said you all don't and he wished your people would it's no retaliation you left a review for my company I left one for yours seems fairly the same the difference I don't trick competitors to do my move and then run them down as a business I offered 15% discount for running late and we worked non stop no break to get truck unloaded in less than 2 hrs which no other company would have done including yours next time here's a crazy idea send your movers to do your moves of your such a great company with great workers cause my 12and 11 year olds load trucks better than that truck hints why you didn't fit everything in and have to do 2nd trip from Georgia who is your customer calling for that??? You can't hold a candle to our dedication to the customer
