Oh boy, where to begin, they arrived on time, last minute booking, realized we could not do it alone, they were like miracle workers, young and ready to work hard. They packed, and I mean packed, a 53 foot freighter, they never stopped. (Some part of trailer was packed) but they assumed the job and they were respectful, professional and fast. All our things were taken care of and they were the best. They worked every second of their 6 1/2 hours. I’d hire this company again and again. In this world of uncertainty, you could depend on this company. Thank you for respect and professionalism. If I could give these guys a number, they’d be 10’s all around.

I am presently going through a claim over the damage that the Economy Movers did to my furniture 3 weeks ago and Josh the manager of Economy is denying and disputing all fault of his movers even though much of it I witnessed personally when it was done. They refused to use the blankets that I had provided and I witnessed the furniture being dragged across the wood floor of my apartment when they were carrying it out to the truck. Josh is even denying that I provided blankets which I did. They bashed the back side of my nightstand which I witnessed during the move, and then denied it, when I know the furniture was in perfect shape when it was delivered a year prior by the furniture company and hadn't been moved since. Every piece of my furniture was scraped, scratched, or broken. The legs were broken of my dinette because it was not stacked correctly on the truck. And now Josh is saying he will not support the claim to his insurance co. I would hope to spare someone from what I have been through in this move.
