We had 3 guys that packed our 16 foot pod. The reason for 3 helpers was because our bedroom furniture was very heavy. They did an awesome job in getting the pod packed full in 2 hours.

Was to arrive between 10 and 11. Arrived at 11:22. We had already loaded by ourselves.

I used the service two days prior and got excellent service, so I thought I would try the company again for another three hours. The two guys, I'll call them Stan and Ollie, came an hour late. They finished an hour early and I spoke to the guy who answers the phone and asked for a refund. He told me to call Hire-a-helper and tell them. I called Hire-a-helper and he said he would call the company to verify the amount of time used. Hire-a-helper called me back and said they would not refund the money. Obviously, this is a common street corner grift they use. Took $120.00 from me. DON'T USE THEM !!!!!!!!
