They sent me a text 10 min before our move, saying car trouble will send out a crew as soon as possible, that was 9 am by 1pm still wasn't given a time they would arrive. I called hire a helper and they found me another mover ASP! You make the call

Brian's helpers showed up early in the window, started right in and worked hard until the job was done. They were extremely courteous, and worked well with the driver of the truck to make the job go even faster and more smoothly. In addition, they showed up on short notice with no complaints. They arrived within the given time frame and communicated beforehand by text, so I knew what to expect. They worked hard, made sure they knew what our priorities were and made an effort to keep within the time frame that we were comfortable with. There was an unexpected delay while we were moving that was not under anyone's control and they handled that situation fairly so that we were charged appropriately for their time and not penalized. Everything was moved safely and securely with no problems. We were very happy with them.

What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We'll be there on time and ready to work hard for you . We greet each other, take a grand tour of everything going, then we get straight to work.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Have everything small packed well in boxes & bed's disassembled before we arrive. That will speed up the process of services.
What types of moves have you handled?
We usually do residential local moves within a 50 mile radius from Portland OR. Big & small house's, condominiums, Apartments, offices, inside same location moves, rearranging & staging of furniture in it's proper place.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Meeting new people everyday & getting paid to exercise. And everyday is a new challenge which we always handle with ease of mind & body.
What training do you provide your crew members?
I personally train all my crew members. And I have over 35 years of moving knowledge.
