Brandon and Jonathan were quick, efficient and careful with all my items. They were both really good about asking for and taking direction and were in/out under the 2 hours, although part of the POD had already been emptied earlier in the week, so it wasn't a ton of stuff. Really appreciate the quick hire and help!

I hired Five Star Movers, two guys for 2 hours, to move furniture from my house into a storage pod. They were a little late arriving, because they got lost trying to get to my house (there were some road closures due to snow and ice), but they communicated with me all along and the arrival time wasn't a problem.
They were prepared for the job and worked hard. I had obtained furniture blankets and shrinkwrap ahead of the job, which they used to carefully wrap each piece. They also secured all furniture within the pod using straps (as the pod was to be moved to another location).
They finished within the alloted 2 hours. The guys are very friendly and personable and I will definitely use Five Star Movers again.

These guys were amazing at every part of this job from communicating ahead to showing up & working hard from beginning to end to dealing with our barking dark and 3 long flights of stairs! I can’t recommend them enough!

These two brothers who own this business are fantastic. One has decades of experience in managing moves, and both are physically fit and capable. They are kind, conscientious, and professional... And would probably be great guys to have over for a pizza.

They were fantastic! Prompt and communicative. Made sure everything that needed to get put into the van got put into the van. They came with 2 of their own hand trucks and blankets as well. They handled everything with the most care. Would recommend and absolutely use again!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
After booking expect a text or email to go over final details, As well as a courtesy text 24 Hrs prior to ensure everything is as scheduled.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
We will show up on time, and will do a walkthrough of the house, then begin prepping furniture and moving accordingly.
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Make sure everything is packed prior, shrink wrap items with drawers, clothes work great in trash bags and can be used as buffers.
