Paul and his co-worker (sorry I forgot your name!) were awesome. From start to finish. They were a but later than originally agreed on. But when I made the reservation the PNW wasn't in the middle of a blizzard. So, all is forgiven, especially since his communication was great and he kept me posted. These guys did a phenomenal job. Half our more of our overstuffed truck needed to go to a 3rd floor walk-up. They didn't bat an eye. Everything went quickly and without breakage (on their end) even in the beginnings of an ice storm. They even moved an impossibly big couch up flights of steps. Couldn't have done any of it without them. Highly highly recommend! Thanks guys!!

They were on time very respectful and efficient. They were more prepared then I was and I’m a perfectionist that had three weeks to get the move done. These boys went out of their way to make sure everything was as I wanted it and even went that extra step to hive me the best moving experience I could have had.

Paul was very communicative and flexible when my dates changed. He and an assistant showed up on time, reviewed the items for loading into the POD and promptly got to work.

Granted, I had most of the work done ahead of time, but I hired them specifically for some large items that I knew that I couldn't manage on my own. Knowing that I have this team available is certainly peace of mind.
We wrapped very early and the guys asked if they could help me assemble anything or move things to the basement and I took them up on that!
All in all, a job well done. They were polite, professional and helpful. I would hire them again for sure.

Amazing Service!
Paul called me couple of days ago and we went over my needs for the move. We finalized the time and Paul and his other team member arrived 5 to 10 minutes before the time. They did the work professionally and took special care so that nothing get damage during the move. We were using POD for the move and they tied everything up properly and when we received the POD at our final destination, everything was great and there was absolutely no damage or scratch.
I really loved the working ethics of these guys...Carry on the great work guys .

Absolutely wonderful helpers. Got done in half the time we paid and then helped us move a few pieces of furniture and reassembly some furniture as well with the time left over.

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Customers can expect a prompt and timely response from us to set up their move when they book our services. We are extremely friendly, easy to work with, and very communicable.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Customers can expect at least two(or more movers if requested) highly experienced, very friendly, and extremely competent movers to help with any and all tasks the customer needs. I'd also like to add that we carry the best equipment to assist on their big moving day(dollies, straps, blankets, rope, tie-downs, the whole nine!).
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Our movers are prepared to help with and take care of any and all moving situations. We've seen it all. If a customer would like to be well prepared for their move, we suggest consolidating as many loose items as possible into boxes, bags, or even other large pieces of furniture. I'd like to note that we are more than happy to help with packing if the customer needs it!

What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part of being a mover is making customers extremely happy and satisfied during their big and stressful moving day. We know how stressful it can be and we are here to help. All of our movers feel the same way. We also enjoy being paid to work out!
What training do you provide your crew members?
When we pick up a new crew member, we always have an extensive in-house 3-day training session with our movers to show proper moving, packing, loading, unloading techniques to make sure that all of our movers are up-to-par and can handle any and all moving situations with ease. I would like to add that all of our current movers are extremely experienced with moving and have handled hundreds of moves.
