They did a good job. They were a little slow and that may have been due to the elevator. I was not impressed with the condition the pods were left. They just left the coverings hanging on the ground. Did not bother to put them back in place. It is an easy task. All you have to do is attach the coverings. There also was a thick strip of plastic that was left lying on the ground. It is a hazard as this is a 55+ community and many residents use walkers

Paul and Spence did a fantastic job! They were very kind, very professional, and handled everything with care. You could tell they had experience and were there to do the job right. The only drawback was that their second dolly had broken on the job right before, but they more than made up for it with their hustle and attention to detail. Would definitely recommend them for anyone else needing to load a POD!

Hood to Coast Full-Service Moving and Labor was beyond wonderful. They were available at totally the last minute as the first helper company never showed up. We were literally standing there with no help and a POD of stuff to move into the house. Hood to Coast Full-Service Moving and Labor Company came a few hours earlier then scheduled which worked out great for us, and they finished in record time. Courteous, respectful, and very nice. What can a customer expect after booking with you?
Customers can expect a prompt and timely response from us to set up their move when they book our services. We are extremely friendly, easy to work with, and very communicable.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
Customers can expect at least two(or more movers if requested) highly experienced, very friendly, and extremely competent movers to help with any and all tasks the customer needs. I'd also like to add that we carry the best equipment to assist on their big moving day(dollies, straps, blankets, rope, tie-downs, the whole nine!).
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
Our movers are prepared to help with and take care of any and all moving situations. We've seen it all. If a customer would like to be well prepared for their move, we suggest consolidating as many loose items as possible into boxes, bags, or even other large pieces of furniture. I'd like to note that we are more than happy to help with packing if the customer needs it!
What types of moves have you handled?
With over six years in the business and thousands of moves with of experience, we've seen and taken care of every move you can imagine. -Massive, 5000 square feet houses that require 15 loads in a 26' Truck to complete the move -Small apartment moves that only consist of moving a few pieces, -Packing up houses that weren't able to prepare for the move in time, massive 800' gun safes and marble table tops -Out of state moves to MT, CA, WA, ID, AZ -Deliveries of very large and heavy appliances -This, that
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
My favorite part of being a mover is making customers extremely happy and satisfied during their big and stressful moving day. We know how stressful it can be and we are here to help. All of our movers feel the same way. We also enjoy being paid to work out!
What training do you provide your crew members?
When we pick up a new crew member, we always have an extensive in-house 3-day training session with our movers to show proper moving, packing, loading, unloading techniques to make sure that all of our movers are up-to-par and can handle any and all moving situations with ease. I would like to add that all of our current movers are extremely experienced with moving and have handled hundreds of moves.
