Arrived on time and ready. Super friendly group. Worked great together. Strategized, taked things through, helped each other, asked for our input, worked fast and efficiently, went above and beyond. Loaded the truck to perfection. Unloading was so easy because of their great job. Out of all our furniture, only one chair had minor scratches. Without their help our move would have been close to impossible. We hope never to move again but if we do, we will hire this company again and we will definitely recommend!! Thank you guys!!!!

What can a customer expect after booking with you?
After booking with us, you can expect a call from an experienced move manager. We will review the details of your move together and determine your needs. This information is used to create a customized moving plan to ensure success.
What can a customer expect on moving day if they hire you?
On moving day, you will receive a call or text from our crew leader with an estimated time of arrival. You can expect us to be on time and have contingencies in place so we never cancel an appointment on your move day. After arriving at your move-out property, we complete an opening walkthrough when we arrive and determine the work plan. We listen to your direction about what to move, what not to move, and any special instructions you want us to follow. You
How should a customer prepare for moving day?
A customer should prepare for moving day by pre-packing your items into boxes, crates, totes, or bags (unless you hire PacWest to do the packing). Reserve a parking space close to the loading zone. Secure your pets and keep small children away from the areas where our crews are doing their work. We ask this for the safety and wellbeing of your loved ones.
What types of moves have you handled?
We have handled a wide variety of moves including local moves, long-distance moves to WA and CA, moves into retirement communities, military moves, divorce moves, piano moves, hot tub moves, small and large commercial moves, and last-mile local deliveries. We have the vehicles, equipment, and trained movers to handle just about any type of move.
What's your favorite part about being a mover?
Our moving crews enjoy working outside with a team. Generally speaking, they are not office types and would rather be in the field and customer-facing. They enjoy solving problems for our customers and the tips!
What training do you provide your crew members?
The scope of our PacWest mover training includes furniture protection, lifting techniques, heavy item moving, and driver safety.
