The three man crew was on time and ready to work. They worked very hard, lots of stairs and some very heavy items to handle. These guys tried to show up early, then came back late and were in a rush. That rush resulted in damage to some of my items, items packed without my knowledge in boxes that were misrouted, going to my new apartment rather than storage as intended. I am not happy with this group at all.
We are truly sorry you were not happy with the type service you received from us. We will follow up with the movers assigned to your move. Great service is priority for us and the fact that you felt you did not get the best service possible, we are truly sorry.

They were polite and efficient. They worked at a steady pace and were extremely careful to avoid knocking into corners or wall in my very narrow halls. They arrived 2 minutes before they were due. Yes, I would hire them again!

They were on time and worked until the job was done. They worked extremely hard. Hard for me to keep up at times directing where items need to go. I've used them twice to pack and unpack. On my final unpack it had too much help. Two people can get a lot done in 3 hours.

They didn't stop moving for all 4 hours of our move. Isaiah and George really came through for us. There was no way we could have moved a whole household up and down 3 flights of stairs. Well worth the $, and booking through HireAHelper was simple and efficient. Every step was confirmed promptly by email or phone call. We definitely recommend them.
